SOARESSS members quite often find themselves helping the communities they live in, work in, or occasionally, just the place they are driving through.
Due to the common thread of interest in Amateur Radio, we are simply able to
communicate when others cannot.
The SOARESSS Organization promotes an interest in community service from our
membership. Which type of service, how involved a member becomes, etc. are all
questions left to the member to answer, but as a small cross section of our current
membership, here are some of our "community service" interests:

eduction of both our membership and the community at large is also part of our community serivce.
That is, in fact, a large part of why this web site exists. So, GET INVOLVED.
