Community Wide Tornado Drill

Community Wide Tornado Drill-The first tornado drill of the year is set for April 26th, at 2pm. Once again, Ardmores Emergency Operations Center, in conjunction with efforts by Ardmore PD, FD, and ambulance and other emergency agencies, will be evaluating emergency evacuation proceedures in our area businesses and schools. SKYWARN StormTrackers will be doing the evaluations while our emergency first responders flex their muscles and test their systems, under the supervision of municiple chiefs and managers. If you would like to volunteer and be a part of this valuable exercise, please contact Brad Patrick, at: cell; 504-3695, email; cybrsavag2004@yahoo.com. Ardmore already has a rich tradition of community involvement, and YOUR HELP WITH THIS EVENT WILL BE DEEPLY APPRECIATED. ~B~
